  • What accounting systems are compatible with Unify for Square?

    QuickBooks Online, PC versions of QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier, Enterprise), and Xero.

  • Can I connect more than one Square location to Unify for Square?

    Each Square location will be automatically connected to Unify when you sign in. The connection to your accounting platform is universal for all Square locations connected within Unify. You can disconnect specific locations later if you’d like, but who would want that?

  • How long does it really take to set up?

    Unify connection and setup takes about 10-15 minutes. After that, your sales will be downloaded and ready to be synced to QuickBooks.

  • Do I need to log in every day?

    Only if you want to. Unify has an automation tool that will download sales and sync them to QuickBooks automatically at 11:00 pm (PT) every day.

  • Can multiple people log into Unify?

    Unify for Square works with a single user at this time. But since it is a web-based application, any user can log in from anywhere.
